Required Skills and Qualifications

* Intermediate level English proficiency (written and verbal).
* Familiarity with SAP systems and international trade practices.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role within the shipping industry.
* A Bachelor's degree in International Trade or a related field.
