The Role of Data Assurance Manager is pivotal in ensuring seamless data conversion and loading lifecycle for SAP.
This involves leading the technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting processes.
Collaboration with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders is essential to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects, and overseeing data preparation in coordination with SAP platform teams.
A strong leadership and mentorship approach is required to guide other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
Effective tracking and reporting of data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership is critical.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM) and their integration points.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.
* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with data conversion tools and frameworks, familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies, and knowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti are highly desirable.
