About This Role

* This is a strategic, hands-on position where you'll drive affiliate revenue, build strong relationships with high-potential partners, and leverage tools and data to optimize program performance.

You will be the sole owner of our affiliate operations, responsible for both expanding and optimizing our affiliate network. Your time will be split between prospecting and outreach (engaging and onboarding) and data analysis (monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and driving growth through data-backed decisions).

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospect and outreach to potential affiliates and influencers (especially in SaaS and B2B marketing spaces)
">
* Manage communications, follow-ups, and onboarding using email automation tools
">
* Monitor and analyze data across platforms like FirstPromoter, Reditus, and PartnerStack
">
* Identify trends, track conversion funnels, and build reports on affiliate performance
">
* Continuously improve onboarding and engagement strategies for affiliates
">
* Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing partners
">
* Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with product goals
">
* Owning an affiliate system that is predictable, trackable, and scalable
">
">
What We're Looking For
">
">
* 3+ years in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, influencer outreach, or growth operations (preferably in B2B SaaS)
">
* Strong analytical mindset – advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIs
">
* Proven experience managing outreach and communication flows via email and automation tools
">
* Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, Reditus, or similar)
">
* Familiarity with CRM/prospecting tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
">
* Familiarity with FirstPromoter and Reditus
">
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and self-manage
">
* Excellent written communication skills in English
