We're a small, focused team obsessed with reliability, simplicity, and usability.The RoleWe're looking for a UX/UI Designer who can bridge thoughtful user experience design with clear, intuitive user interfaces.
You won't be starting from scratch — you'll be building upon and expanding our existing design foundations to make them stronger, more consistent, and easier for farmers to use.
This is not about flashy design trends; it's about clarity, speed, and ease of use in tough conditions.What You'll DoExpand and refine existing workflows, adding polish and consistency.Own the design process from iteration to high-fidelity UI.Ensure new features align with and build upon our established patterns.Conduct user interviews and field tests to validate improvements in real farm environments.Create clean, responsive UI systems (mobile-first) that scale across devices.Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs translate cleanly into production.Contribute to and maintain a design system for consistency and speed.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in UX/UI design (startup or SaaS experience a plus).
Strong portfolio showing iterative improvements on existing systems and user-centered workflows (mobile examples strongly preferred).
