Job Title
Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between the Trading Desk/Finance team and the Business Development (BD) team, ensuring alignment on client needs, transaction flows, and operational efficiencies. The role involves managing client accounts from onboarding to ongoing support, centralizing client interactions, maintaining an in-depth overview of Trade Desk activities and Treasury processes, monitoring and reporting on key metrics, collaborating with Finance to reconcile accounts, and assisting in process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless communication between the Trading Desk/Finance team and the BD team.
* Manage client accounts effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of Trade Desk activities and Treasury processes.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
* Collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies and support audits or regulatory reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong analytical skills. They should be proficient in tools like Google Sheets for data analysis and CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in middle office, operations, or client services roles.
* Strong knowledge of crypto trading processes.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in financial software.
