As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients' digital campaigns.
This is not just an account management role — it's a value creation role. You will act as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal teams, from brief to execution to performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and growth.
* CAMPAGNE EXECUTION: Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns across media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* STRATEGIC RECOMMENDATIONS: Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
* CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE MONITORING: Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.
* UPSELL/CROSS-SELL OPPORTUNITIES: Identify opportunities to maximize client value.
* CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Requirements
* MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
* DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM KNOWLEDGE: Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* DATA-DRIVEN MINDSET: Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* TIME MANAGEMENT: Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
* PROACTIVE ATTITUDE: Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
