Role Overview
We seek freelance technical interviewers from LATAM for multiple technology domains. As an interviewer, you will evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct online technical interviews across various technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, unbiased, and detailed assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
* Collaborate with our team to continuously improve interview frameworks.
Who We're Looking For
We hire experienced professionals residing in LATAM with expertise in one or more of the following domains:
* Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming)
* JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar)
Specialized Roles
We also require experts in Machine Learning, AI, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Mobile Development, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA Automation, Blockchain, Salesforce, SAP, and Data Science.
Basic Qualifications:
* Based in LATAM
* 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in your chosen domain.
* Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns.
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.
