The Role: This position is responsible for planning, managing and executing the entire Life Cycle of the assigned event(s), maximizing sales and profitability from a business plan previously approved by portfolio Business Director. The execution of the business plan will take place through the team under your leadership, and for which he will guide the development and oversee the relationships with clients. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Product - Introduce new Insight products and services, generate and deliver compelling sales proposals to customers, stepping up the business opportunities; - Push for higher value/value added services and solutions; - Increase market share of event; - Work in partnership with marketing, operations, finance, HR to ensure that. Market - Thinking ahead, seizing opportunities to develop new markets, products and services, and taking calculated risks to achieve growth; - Ensure that the business reflect market tendencies; - Be proactive market screening, targeting, and business analysis; - Develop extensive executive and senior management relationships in client organizations, association, government, identifying and develop the most attractive opportunities for business growth. Sales - Develop and regularly review the sales strategy in collaboration with the senior management team; - Ability to create and implement a sales plan to meet financial objectives and align with corporate strategy; - Leading the achievement of pre-established sales / profit targets of event; - Guide and supervise team members to effectively meet sales goals within the sales chronogram and deadlines; - Comply with the goals (performance and development) in a clear and concise manner, helping to grow a culture of high performance and growth. Minimum Education Level: - Bachelor Degree in any area; - More than 5 years of commercial experience; - Understand, talk and write in Intermediate English.
