Software Development Leadership Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development of high-quality, scalable web applications using TypeScript and Next.js.
You will lead architectural decisions and shape technical direction, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver meaningful features efficiently. You will also mentor junior/intermediate engineers and elevate code quality standards.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience building and scaling web applications, with expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React. Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker is also required, as well as familiarity with cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
A strong communicator, you thrive in remote and autonomous environments. Bonus skills include Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, and fintech/lending backgrounds.
