Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Solar Module sales business in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the regional market and a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored strategies for key partners.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, installers, and consultants to drive sales initiatives.
* Establish quarterly and annual sales targets and ensure they are met through proactive sales efforts.
* Support marketing efforts for regional campaigns and product launches.
* Prepare regular sales reports for management review and tracking progress against goals.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and input from across the organization to inform product strategy and roadmap.
* Engage with key industry players to understand their business needs and align our product offerings accordingly.
* Develop customized proposals to respond to customers' tender requirements.
* Identify new market segments and opportunities for expanding our product offerings.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, with a background working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs.
* Proven ability to generate sales and develop business opportunities.
* Familiarity with customer procurement processes and the ability to craft responses that align with their needs.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and identify the best solutions.
* Exceptional planning, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
* Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time and proficiency in English and Portuguese.
