Business Development Manager
Sales professional with expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth through strategic sales planning and team leadership.

This role offers the opportunity to establish a strong presence in the Brazilian market, leveraging your skills in sales strategy development, team management, and customer relationship building.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales plans to achieve revenue growth. You will also be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You should also have a proven track record of sales success, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also need to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best results. Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve revenue growth
* Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Brazilian market

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of sales success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best results
* Fluent English language skills
