OverviewThe ABAP Developer is part of our success story and supports directly on the client’s side to create a perfect start with the Vistex solutions for them. In this role, you represent Vistex and assure clients not only with your wide, specialized knowledge but also with communication skills and service orientation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ABAP development, SAP Gateway, OData services, and related integration technologies, and be able to design, develop, and maintain high-quality SAP solutions.ResponsibilitiesImplementation of SAP add-on technologies (solution extensions) on projects in the Brazil / Latin America region.Incident analysis, identifying and resolving root causes of incidents in production environments and projects.Software development using ABAP standard and Object-Oriented programming, creating simple, intuitive, robust, and reliable solutions.Develop and maintain ALV reports (standard and OO), BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs, User-Exits, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms.Advanced debugging and performance tuning (SQL, ST05, SAT).Develop and consume OData Services and create Fiori applications.Provide on-site / off-site (if approved) consulting services to Vistex customers implementing the Vistex Solutions.Develop and maintain in-depth technical product functionality and operation knowledge of Vistex Agribusiness product.Be a trusted advisor for customers and provide best practice guidance.Business/industry expertise in the Agricultural sector, including country-specific localization aspects (Brazil is a Plus).Lead and execute full project deliverables such as technical documents, specifications, and testing support.Understand upstream/downstream process impacts (master data, planning, costing, etc.).Collaborate with offshore teams (internal and external).About UsThe Vistex platform helps businesses finally get control of all their different promotions, rebates, SPAs, discounts, and other incentives. Vistex | Now it all adds up. ™QualificationsEducationRequired: Bachelor or better in Information Technology or related field.ExperienceRequired - 5 years: Years of proven experience in ABAP development, both procedural and object-oriented.Expertise in ABAP standard, OO, ALV (standard and OO), BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs, User-Exits, Smartforms, Adobe Forms.Advanced debugging and performance tuning (SQL, ST05, SAT).Experience with CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Gateway, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and Fiori Application Development.PreferredKnowledge of SAP PI/PO and integration via RFC, IDoc, APIs.Experience with Web Services (REST / SOAP).Familiarity with SAP BTP, CAP / RAP, and SAP Integration Suite.
