Job Overview
The position of overseas sales manager for the animal nutrition direction is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of business strategies and annual plans, as well as fostering regional market development. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, providing top-notch customer service, managing sales expenses within established parameters, and collaborating with various departments to achieve common goals.
* Develop and implement regional market development plans in accordance with company-wide strategies.
* Foster strong communication channels with customers and visit key clients in the region to ensure their needs are met.
* Coordinate product trials, technical support, and other activities to enhance customer satisfaction with products and services.
* Monitor and control sales expenses in line with the company's expense management regulations and departmental budget indicators.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in the enzyme industry, preferably with a BSc. in Biochemical or Bioengineering or related fields. They must have a solid understanding of the company's products and services, as well as its operational framework. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent sales skills, be able to grasp customer psychology, and effectively utilize sales techniques. Additionally, they should be able to think from the customer's perspective, demonstrate strong sales ability, and possess good communication and coordination skills. A high level of work enthusiasm, team spirit, and pressure-resistant learning ability are also highly valued.
