About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for selling our products and services in the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Territory Management: Manage and develop existing accounts to ensure continued growth and customer satisfaction.
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and loyalty.
* Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or related field.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* Minimum 2-4 years' sales experience within software.
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator.
