Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and developing effective strategies to achieve them.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a deep understanding of digital marketing services.
The Account Manager will be responsible for leading client meetings, discussing results and strategies, and working proactively to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with teams and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication.
* Lead discussions on results, strategies, and tasks, conducting meetings in English to align with client expectations and campaign goals.
* Take charge of client satisfaction, working proactively to ensure their campaigns succeed beyond expectations.
* Provide essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' triumphs.
* Work on creating a good relationship with the clients in order to grow their portfolio with us via upsells.
* Ensure client's satisfaction so he keeps working with us.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of customer satisfaction and experience working with at least 10 accounts.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
* +1 years as an Account Manager in agencies demonstrating a track record of customer satisfaction and having experience working with at least 10 accounts.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building prowess, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all client needs are met timely.
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English, capable of leading client meetings and discussions with ease.
