About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedUX/UI Designerto join a large UX team supporting aleading US healthcare client.
You will design engaging web and mobile experiences usinghuman-centered design principleswhile working within a structured design system.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into intuitiveuser-centered designs
Createuser flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
Deliver high-qualityUX/UI designs for web and mobile platforms
Ensureconsistent design patternsacross products
Collaborate withproduct managers, engineers, and designers
Useresearch insights and usability datato improve experiences
Support design initiatives forproduct enhancements
Requirements
7+ yearsof UX/UI design experience in digital product development
Strong skills inInformation Architecture, User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes
Experience designingB2B and B2C web & mobile applications
Proficiency inFigma and modern design collaboration tools
Experience working withDesign Systems and Agile/Scrum teams
Knowledge ofAI tools for design workflows
Understanding ofWCAG accessibility guidelines
StrongEnglish communication skills
Bachelor's degreeor equivalent experience
Portfolio demonstrating strongUX thinking and design process
