About the Job
We are seeking an experienced GCP Specialist to join our team as a Cloud Service Delivery Expert. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, with experience in implementing and managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
* To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions/reopen cases
* To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive service improvement plans
* To independently resolve tickets and ensure that agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
* To provide support for on-call escalations/L3 level support and incident/problem management
* To work on value-adding activities such as knowledge base updates, training freshers, coaching analysts, and conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives

* Advanced English and Portuguese
Preferred Skills
