Store Operations Leader
To ensure a high-quality shopping experience, we seek a skilled Store Operations Leader to oversee daily store activities. The successful candidate will develop and enforce operational standards across all locations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive sales target planning, monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare operation and business reports.
* Develop and execute in-store promotional and marketing strategies, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and membership events.
* Lead store teams: recruitment, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
* Manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
* Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market analysis and provide insights for strategic planning and process improvement.
* Support expansion plans, store optimization, and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (desired).
* 3+ years of experience in retail operations or similar roles.
* At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience.
* Prior experience in chain retail or consumer electronics stores is advantageous.
* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Data-driven approach with business acumen and analytical capabilities.
* High execution capability, stress resilience, and adaptability.
* Proficiency in office software and report preparation.
