As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of an award-winning team that protects and empowers organizations across the central region.
This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
You will work closely with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets.
* Track time against project agreements.
* Report on project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3-4 years of experience in Systems Engineering in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
