In this pivotal position, you will:

4. Prioritize key accounts and develop targeted campaigns to drive growth and expansion.

6. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.

7. Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

8. Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
\
10. 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales or client account management required.
\
11. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with a focus on driving business growth.

12. Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
\
13. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.

14. A deep understanding of the mortgage lending industry, with a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

15. We offer a competitive salary range: $151,800 - $211,000 (OTE: $233,700)
