Key Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) Within the assigned territory.
* Develop strategic account plans to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
* Acquire new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare reports on account performance and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to contribute to new products/services.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
