Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Business Development Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage and expand existing client relationships within assigned territories.
2. Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster growth, and identify new business opportunities.
3. Cultivate new key accounts within designated territories.
4. Regularly review clients' needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
6. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
7. Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients, informing new product/service development.
8. Maintain industry knowledge, staying informed about trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills for building strong, long-term commercial relationships.
2. Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous work environment.
3. Substantial experience and knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
4. Commercial understanding of B2B business, as well as new business segments and models.
5. Project management skills.
6. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is beneficial.
