We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivatedBusiness Development Representative (BDR)with provenPoint of Sale (POS)industry experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving the early stages of the sales funnel.
You'll play a key role in prospecting and qualifying leads that directly contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate and qualify leads.
Leverage your POS experience to engage with retail, hospitality, and restaurant owners with confidence and credibility.
Clearly communicate the value of our POS solution and tailor messaging to address customer pain points.
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors in the POS space.
Requirements
B2/C1 English Proficiency
1-3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role.
Hands-on experience with POS systems is a must(e.g., Toast, Clover, Square, Lightspeed, Revel, etc.).
Strong understanding of the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections with professionalism.
Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms.
Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Goal-oriented and driven by metrics and performance.
