Main responsibilities
1. Greet customers upon arrival and assist in issuing the service ticket.
2. Sell quick services such as accessories, recharge, and SIM card exchange, whenever there is no queue for ticket issuance.
3. Support quick consultations of basic information like account holder, line status, fixed coverage, and product availability to optimize service.
4. Comply with requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in Health and Safety programs.
5. Know and implement Telefônica's Environmental Policy in daily activities to ensure good environmental practices within the company.
