A Product Owner conducts research and analysis to find solutions to business problems. The objective of this role is to ensure that we are structuring product development effectively and aligned with the needs of the customer, the development team, and corresponding leaders.
Responsibilities
Assist in defining and communicating the product vision.
Create and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Gather detailed requirements and translate them into user stories or product specifications.
Write and maintain clear and actionable user stories, defining clear acceptance criteria.
Support implementation channels for new clients (if applicable).
Provide commercial support in pre‑sales and product promotion (if applicable).
Determine product success and track project performance metrics.
Ensure the execution of Scrum ceremonies and manage the team's schedule (deadline control).
Conduct operational capacity planning and risk assessments for unmet technical requirements.
Identify and communicate changes and impacts related to the product manager (PM) before committing to stakeholders.
Continuously collect and incorporate feedback for product improvements.
Actively participate in recruitment processes and the development of junior and mid‑level colleagues.
Prioritize features and releases based on business value and user feedback in collaboration with the PM.
Organize regular meetings to update stakeholders (internal and external) on product progress in collaboration with the PM.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in the product/project.
Support negotiations, aiming at the strategic objectives of the product/project.
Anticipate and mitigate product/project risks.
Requirements
Knowledge of the product/project lifecycle and its processes.
Understanding of user experience principles.
Previous experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps/Jira or similar tools – Preferred/Desirable.
Knowledge of Engineering or related fields (Exact Sciences).
Familiarity with visual software like FIGMA, MIRO, Whiteboard, or similar tools.
Advanced English.
