Job Overview
As a key member of our client-facing team, we are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong connections with agency clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
* Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for each clinic client, fostering open communication through regular calls, emails, and texts to ensure timely updates on campaign performance and progress.
* Onboarding: Lead new clients through the setup process, ensuring seamless integration of tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns. Establish clear expectations around timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
* Campaign Optimization: Monitor ad and funnel performance daily, analyzing metrics such as CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate. Identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Communicate findings and improvement plans to relevant team members, facilitating effective execution and follow-through on recommendations.
