About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Management Administrator to join our global HR team. This role will focus on performance management, manager enablement, compensation administration, and cross-functional HR support. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in HR operations, and the ability to support managers in driving performance and development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage performance review cycles in Teamflect (setup, monitoring, reporting). Maintain training materials and enablement resources for Resource Managers. Support compensation cycles (data validation, SAP updates, bonus letters). Provide HR operational support across performance management, L&D, and compensation. Partner with managers and HR stakeholders to improve processes and adoption.Qualifications:Experience in performance management programs and manager enablement. Familiarity with HRIS tools (Teamflect, SAP, Payfactors). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel pivot tables, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and analytical skills.
