Senior Architect Role Overview:
This senior architect position involves leading project portfolio structures, PMO standards and practices while ensuring timely execution of project documents.
* Key responsibilities include budget tracking using standard rate sheets for contract staff, summarizing across all domains, capacity planning in coordination with domain leads and B2B guidelines, resource assignment planning with domain leads, and project task planning complete with resource model and milestones.
* Also responsible for ownership of L'Oréal billing artifacts, statement of work, purchase orders, and capital requests, periodic budget tracking inclusive of timesheet reconciliation, invoicing, and remainder to spend, as well as providing budget oversight for projects managed directly by contract staff.
* The successful candidate will also manage local project responsibilities, steer deployment of core models within the zone in coordination with central teams, apply zone IT and B2B guidelines & consistency framework, and report to leader of the project delivery office of the NA SCF team.
* A strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential in this role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
