About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to support the team in managing client accounts and ensuring successful campaign execution. This role offers hands-on experience in digital advertising, working closely with internal teams and supporting clients throughout their journey on the platform.
Responsibilities
* Support the Customer Success team in the day-to-day management of client accounts, assisting in campaign monitoring and execution.
* Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPM, CTR, CPC, and ROI, identifying basic optimization opportunities.
* Assist in preparing reports and performance presentations for clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth campaign delivery and issue resolution.
* Support onboarding processes and training sessions for new clients on the platform.
* Organize and maintain account documentation, campaign data, and internal processes.
* Contribute to building a positive client experience by supporting communication and follow-ups.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
* Strong interest in digital marketing, media, or technology industries.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets/Slides).
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn from data.
* Good communication skills and interest in working in a client-facing environment.
* Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* English proficiency.
Nice to Have
* Previous internship or academic projects related to marketing, data analysis, or business.
* Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
* Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, CPC) is a plus.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
