Key Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven individual to join our international Sales Team and support business development activities across various countries.
Primary Duties:
* Identify and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals globally
* Contribute to proposal preparation by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Develop and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* Fluency in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Strong understanding of MS-Office, specifically MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliability, attention to detail, and proactivity, with ability to take ownership and learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
