Get to know the requirements to be part of this team:Responsibilities and AssignmentsPerform the distribution of tasks for the work team: painters, masons, carpenters, laborers, ironworkers, tilers, crane operators, among others;Signal the need for contractors' work (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, ceiling, and air conditioning), reporting to the contractor leader or Master-of-Works;List information about the progress of the work in the Work Diary (tasks x summary of the day x deadline);Control and monitor the fulfillment of the workday of the team (workforce);Provide training and technical guidance on tasks to the work team;Request or lend employees from/to other company works;Monitor suppliers, deliveries of materials and/or rented equipment, defining the best storage location;List and request materials and equipment from the company or rented with due notice, taking care of their maintenance.Requirements and QualificationsComplete Elementary Education;Desirable experience in residential works;Action in companies in the Construction Civil segment.
