We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to lead our training programs in São Paulo, Brazil.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive technical training programs.- Evaluate training needs and certification requirements.- Design and deliver targeted training sessions for internal technical teams.- Create engaging training materials and classroom agendas.- Provide end-user training for clients.- Present technical information through webinars and presentations.- Develop instructor materials, including course outlines, background material, and training aids.- Collaborate in the design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.- Enhance instructional delivery and presentation skills continuously.- Mentor other instructors in subject matter expertise, content development, and delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.- Ensure consistency and quality of course content throughout its life cycle.- Test processes with various subjects.- Manage training programs aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:- At least 5 years of technical training experience.- Bachelor's Degree in CIS or Computer Science is preferred.- Solid presentation skills.- Thorough understanding of the English language.- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and communication skills.- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
