Job Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
* New Demand Management: Lead the analysis, assessment, and implementation of new demands, guaranteeing seamless integration into the existing landscape.
* Process Enhancement: Drive improvements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, collaborating with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
* Service Transition: Ensure smooth handovers from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring that requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.
* Procedure Standardization: Establish and enforce standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
Required Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
