Responsibilities
* Perform daily accounting tasks (AP/AR, expense reimbursement, bank reconciliation).
* Prepare monthly financial statements (in compliance with Brazilian accounting standards).
* Handle tax filings (e.g., IRPJ/CSLL/PIS/COFINS).
* Manage employee payroll.
* Process social security (INSS), personal tax declarations, payments, and related administration (mandatory).
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/management, familiarity with Brazilian tax laws (preferred).
* Experience: 3+ years in finance roles, must have experience with social security and personal tax filings.
* Skills: Experience with financial software.
* Proficient in English for work communication (required for HQ coordination), Chinese proficiency preferred.
