We are looking for a dynamic and proactive ICT Delivery Engineer to join our São Paulo office.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ICT project delivery (implementation, testing, acceptance, handover)
- Multi-vendor coordination (network, data center, security, cloud infrastructure)
- Delivery milestone tracking and risk management
- Customer technical coordination during delivery phase
- Vendor and contractor coordination
- Support SAT/UAT and project handover
- Delivery documentation and acceptance records
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related
- Hands-on project delivery experience (not only operations)
- Enterprise ICT knowledge (network, data center, security)
- Multi-vendor working experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- English: Professional working proficiency
- Portuguese: Native or fluent
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in system integrators or large enterprise ICT projects
- Basic knowledge of PMBOK / ITIL / Agile
- Cisco, Huawei, or Fortinet certifications
Work Model:
This is an on-site position based in São Paulo, with the possibility of occasional business travel.
