We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – SAP / Supply Chain to lead and deliver SAP Supply Chain programs and projects in complex, global environments.This role requires strong experience managing SAP initiatives (ECC and S/4HANA), coordinating cross‑functional and multicultural teams, and driving end‑to‑end delivery across Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and ERP landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP Supply Chain projects and programs (ECC and S/4HANA) from initiation to closure.Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality across multiple workstreams.Coordinate global, cross‑functional teams (IT, business, vendors, and integrators).Drive delivery of SAP initiatives across Supply Chain domains (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing).Act as main interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.Apply project governance, PMO standards, and delivery methodologies.Support SAP S/4HANA assessments, upgrades, rollouts, and transformations.Manage dependencies across SAP and non‑SAP systems (Oracle, legacy platforms, integrations).Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT), cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.Ensure executive‑level communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.Contribute to portfolio management, roadmap definition, and prioritization.Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful outcomes.Required Skills & ExperienceSolid experience in IT Project Management, with strong focus on SAP.Proven experience managing SAP Supply Chain projects/programs.Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.Experience working with global / multi‑country teams.Strong knowledge of project management best practices (waterfall, agile, hybrid).Experience coordinating vendors, system integrators, and offshore teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.Certifications (Required or Preferred)PMP® (mandatory or strong plus)PMI‑ACP®, CSM®, ITIL® (nice to have)SAP project or program management experience highly valuedNice to HaveExperience as SAP Program Manager or Portfolio Lead.Exposure to Supply Chain processes (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning).Experience with S/4HANA transformation programs.Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, agribusiness, or industrial sectors.PMO setup or governance model implementation experience.Keywords for ATSProject Manager, SAP Project Manager, SAP Program Manager, SAP Supply Chain, S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Logistics, SAP Manufacturing, SAP SCM, Portfolio Management, PMO, PMP, Agile, Global Projects, ERP Transformation
