**Objetivo do Cargo**:
**Responsabilidades Principais**:
- Realizar **tratativas técnicas e críticas**relacionadas ao processo de eSocial (envio, análise e tratativa de eventos);
- Acompanhar **indicadores operacionais e de qualidade**(SLA, retrabalho, produtividade), propondo ações corretivas;
- Participar de **auditorias internas ou externas**, preparando documentação e garantindo a rastreabilidade dos processos;
- Identificar e propor **melhorias nos fluxos e nas ferramentas**utilizadas pela célula (checklists, planilhas, tickets);
**Requisitos Técnicos**:
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência comprovada no processo ou administração de pessoal, preferencialmente em CSC;
- Conhecimento de plataformas de RH, sistemas de cadastro e legislação trabalhista aplicável à admissão;
- Conhecimento e vivência no sistema SAP/HCM
- Serão considerados como diferenciais: conhecimento em interfaces de integração entre sistemas de cadastro e folha e idiomas: espanhol/inglês
