Technical Support Role
We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level technical support and work closely with software developers and other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Tier 3 technical support for customers and internal teams
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software and systems
* Collaborate with other technical teams to identify and resolve issues
* Analyze system logs and diagnostic data to diagnose issues
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting complex software and system issues, with experience working in a similar role.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 4/5+ years of experience in Tier 3 technical support or related field
* Experience with troubleshooting complex software and system issues
* Proficiency in database platforms (e.g. Oracle, Snowflake), big data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Hadoop) and cloud environments (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS)
* Knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking protocols
