The Role of a Senior Project Manager.
* Define project scope, interpreting requirements and priorities, and lead the modernization and transformation of systems.
* Collaborate with key infrastructure stakeholders and business partners to drive project management decisions, governance, and long-term vision.
Responsibilities include analyzing divisional business requirements and translating them into technical deliverables organized as Executive Milestones, developing expert 'As Is' knowledge of platform systems, and understanding infrastructure requirements and deployment of solutions for OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models. Additionally, they ensure coordination of teams to drive timely completion of deliverables of large projects, manage project budgets and financials, including resource allocations supporting a project's schedule, define and provide KPI's and metrics for assigned projects, and interact closely with stakeholders and vendors and provide communications to executive management. The successful candidate will also operationally troubleshoot or lead the troubleshooting of complex issues, proactively ensure compliance with expected quality, and be responsible for project-related organizational change management including communications, training, and adoption. To succeed in this role you should have excellent leadership skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
