About the Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will be part of the site's leadership team, owning the engineering strategy and leading the capital works program. You will guide a capable team in delivering critical shutdowns, maintaining engineering standards, and driving innovation and best practice across the plant.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in Cement manufacturing is essential
* Strong capital project delivery and asset management background in Cement Manufacturing
* Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and engineering governance
* Experience managing large budgets and complex shutdowns
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) with 10+ years' experience
