Your Key Responsibilities

* Manage client portfolios, ensuring consistent delivery of results and exceptional customer service.
* Proactively seek upsell opportunities, expand contracts, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommend actions based on real evidence, not gut feelings.
* Work closely with internal teams to keep campaigns on track and adapt to changing circumstances.
About You
* You have 34 years of experience managing accounts, understanding customer behavior, and suggesting appropriate actions.
* You are a self-starter with strong time management skills and proficient in CRM tools, such as HubSpot.
* You are improvement-minded, always looking for ways to do things better, and a team player with battlefield spirit.
