Energy Storage The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. Green Hydrogen Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity). Key Responsibilities Oversee daily wind farm operations and ensure turbine availability Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities Monitor turbine performance using SCADA and operational data Identify faults and coordinate troubleshooting and repairs Optimize energy production and reduce downtime Manage service contracts (LTSA/TSA) and ensure SLA compliance Control operational costs and manage O&M budgets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards Lead, supervise, and develop site technicians and service teams Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, asset management) Act as the main contact point for clients, OEMs, and stakeholders Plan maintenance schedules, outages, and major repair campaigns Manage spare parts, tools, and inventory availability Prepare operational and performance reports Support asset management with technical and operational insights Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Ensure regulatory compliance and site documentation is up to date Job Requirements Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy) or related areas Experience with wind energy or power generation (O&M) and understanding of turbine systems and components Ability to monitor SCADA & Data, and analyze operational performance Experience managing service agreements and KPIs Budgeting, cost control, and OPEX optimization Team management and stakeholder engagement Strong safety mindset and willingness to travel Advance English Active CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy) registration; Postgraduate/MBA degree in Project Management preferred.
