Account Manager Role
This is a key position that will be at the forefront of client relationships, ensuring the seamless execution and success of marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members. They should also possess problem-solving and negotiation skills, as well as fluency in English for leading client meetings and discussions with ease.
In this role, you will work proactively to ensure client satisfaction, grow their portfolio with us via upsells, and retain existing clients by ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
You will lead discussions on results, strategies, and tasks, conducting meetings in English to align with client expectations and campaign goals. You will also provide essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' triumphs.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. They should also have +1 years of experience as an Account Manager in agencies, demonstrating a track record of customer satisfaction and having experience working with at least 10 accounts.
