Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to manage the technical execution of marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring that all tracking mechanisms are functioning correctly.
Landing Page Development & Campaign Execution
* Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from various advertising platforms.
* Own the complete technical implementation of marketing campaigns from concept through launch.
* Ensure pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns.
HubSpot Integration & Data Management
* Build and maintain seamless integrations between landing pages and HubSpot CRM.
* Ensure accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronization.
Technical Leadership & Team Management
* Lead and mentor a team of developers.
* Manage workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
* Implement rigorous QA processes before any campaign launch.
* Verify all tracking mechanisms are functioning correctly across devices and browsers.
