* Project scoping, matchmaking, and execution
* Client-linguist expectation synchronization
* Call chaperoning and post-project client satisfaction evaluation
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency a bonus
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Working Conditions
This is a fully-remote position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work within APAC, AMER, or EMEA business hours. Weekend and overnight shifts are available, with corresponding compensation adjustments.
