Scrum Master Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to support our Product and Engineering environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for professionals who are comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
This position involves facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. You will also partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery. Additionally, you will assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, identify impediments impacting team progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles
* Support one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance
* Assist with SAFe practice implementation
* Identify and escalate impediments
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence
* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate conflicts
* Experience working with global teams
