Remote | Part-Time | (BRL) R$1,500–R$2,000/month + Uncapped Performance Bonuses


Important: We are a fast-growing UK-based performance marketing agency working with English-speaking clients, and this role requires fluent spoken English. However, compensation for this position is paid in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and not in USD, GBP, or EUR.


If you're applying because you're expecting international-level compensation due to the English requirement or our UK location, this role is probably not the right fit.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, organised, and proactive SDR to help both our clients and our agency grow.

You'll be responsible for handling inbound leads, following up consistently, booking consultations, and prospecting new business opportunities. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, taking ownership, and being measured by results.


What You'll Do

* Call inbound leads quickly after they submit an enquiry
* Book qualified prospects into consultations
* Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
* Handle objections professionally and confidently
* Prospect new agency clients through cold calling, email, social media outreach, and direct messaging
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM
* Keep pipelines organised and up to date
* Work closely with the marketing team
* Report daily activity and results

English Requirement (Please Read Carefully)

Fluent spoken English is non-negotiable.

This role involves communicating with English-speaking prospects and clients regularly.


You must be able to:

* Hold natural conversations entirely in English
* Build rapport confidently on live calls
* Understand different English accents
* Communicate clearly without relying on scripts or translation tools
* Handle objections and sales conversations naturally

Professional working proficiency or intermediate English is not sufficient for this role.


If you cannot comfortably hold a 15–20 minute sales conversation entirely in English, this role is probably not the right fit.

Compensation & Growth

* Base salary: R$1,500–R$2,000/month (paid in BRL)
