Service Delivery Expert
We are seeking a Service Delivery Expert to join our team and contribute to excellence in service delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure SOX compliance and ITIL standards while supporting users during monthly accounting close in LATAM, USA, and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients in Accounts Receivable, Customers, Invoicing and Payments, Collections modules.
* Resolve tickets within established deadlines, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.
* Conduct regression testing on quarterly Oracle SaaS environment updates.
* Maintain SOX compliance and document aligned with ITIL.
* Lead support operations focusing on quality, communication, and continuous improvement.
* Implement best practices using ServiceNow and GitLab tools.
* Interact with Oracle engineering teams for effective integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud: Receivables, Customers, Collections, Billing.
* Knowledge in capturing tax documents and integration with Syncro or EDICOM.
* Understanding of Brazilian taxation applied to billing and accounts receivable.
* Experience with Oracle localizations for Brazil (LACLS) and report generation.
* Proficiency in BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), FBDI, ADFDi tools.
* Clear communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* Proactive, collaborative work, and results-oriented mindset.
* At least 3 complete cycles of Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
