About the role:
We're looking for someone incredible to scale Kaizntree's outbound sales pipeline into a repeatable engine.
We have customers who love us and we're looking for right person to scale 10x.
This role is 90% sales, focused on one thing above all else: getting qualified conversations onto the calendar.
The remaining time is spent tightening the funnel, refining targeting and messaging.
This role is ideal for someone who has exposure to startups and helped scale a sales pipeline.
In this role you'd be at the ground level working closer to the founders, and with full ownership.
If you've built outbound motions before and want to run it end-to-end instead of inheriting a playbook, this is for you.
You'll work closely with founders, gain visibility into high-value deals, and have a clear path to grow into AE, Partnerships, or GTM leadership as the company scales.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Outreach (90% of your time)
Build and maintain targeted lead lists of CPG brands, operators, and decision-makers.
Run outbound across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and warm intros.
Experiment with messaging, sequences, and targeting in collaboration with founders.
Qualification & Meetings
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Kaizntree's ICP.
Book and coordinate qualified meetings.
Events & Community
Help identify, coordinate and attend relevant industry events, meetups, and trade shows.
Act as a front-line representative of Kaizntree in the CPG ecosystem.

Have experience with startups
Have experience working as an SDR and/or AE
Enjoy hunting for leads and starting conversations.
Are comfortable with cold calling and rejection.
Like being in rooms with founders, operators, and decision-makers.
Are organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven.
Prefer action and iteration over rigid playbooks.
Have experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and data enrichment tools.
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in sales, growth, partnerships, recruiting, or outbound-heavy roles.
Comfort with cold outreach and first-touch conversations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to attend events and be in-person where relevant.
High energy, curiosity, and follow-through.
Nice to have:
Exposure to CPG, food & beverage, retail, or operations.
Experience running event-based outreach or community-led growth.
Ability to scrape data from websites
Ability to create marketing materials, sales decks and customer presentations
Location & Working Style
This role is based in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo and is in-person.
Exceptional candidates outside of São Paulo may have the option to work remotely depending on their location.
