As the Demand & Supply Planner for BRAZIL you will be the key point of contact for Brand & Marketing teams, ensuring accurate forecasting for your portfolio, product assortment, and supply flow for Fenty verse brands. You'll also manage coordination with Kendo supply chain teams to maximize product availability in stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DEMAND PLANNING & FORECASTING
Conduct monthly reviews of core product forecasts, aligning with brand strategies and market trends.
Define assortment strategies, including animations, product lifecycle management, and phase-in/phase-out plans in collaboration with Brand & Marketing teams.
Lead the end-to-end coordination of new product launches, from sizing forecasts to final delivery at the client’s place.
Build and consolidate forecasts ensuring alignment with marketing plans and budget objectives.
Work closely with the Brand & Marketing and Sales teams to align on in-store activations with optimal product availability, and seamless execution to maximize sell-through.
Proactively secure stock availability ahead of key commercial moments, coordinating with Marketing team to support flawless retail execution.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Be the main point of contact Supply Chain for Brand, Marketing and Sales teams for your channels.
Track orders of your channel: challenge the consistency of the orders, send suggestion to the client (core and newness products), follow order calendar.
Lead the stock importation from Kendo warehouses to Brazil (sellable and non-sellable skus).
Achieve fill rate target for your channels (sellable and non-sellable skus).
Monitor the stock depreciation, expiration date and overstock.
Work closely with the Global Supply Planning Team to ensure product availability at the international warehouse and propose corrective actions for your channels if needed.
Manage out-of-stock products, effectively communicating with key stakeholders (Clients, Brand, Marketing, etc.).
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & GROWTH
Lead S&OP/Demand review meeting with your brand partners and clients
Support budget targets by identifying risks and opportunities in supply and demand planning.
Drive continuous improvement.
OPERATIONAL & ANALYTICAL SUPPORT
Analyze sales performance and inventory level to ensure optimal stock availability.
Monitor client stock level, flag issues, and implement corrective actions if needed.
Contribute to the development of the Demand & Supply Planning function within the region.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply-Chain, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or supply chain management.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to develop accurate sales forecasts.
Skills & Mindset:
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
Passion for numbers, forecasting, and problem-solving.
Experience in an international environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a pragmatic approach.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to anticipate challenges and see tasks through to completion.
Proactive in process improvement, supporting Kendo’s agile and fast-paced growth.

Autonomous and highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Languages & Tools:
Fluent English (mandatory) for daily communication across Latin America, Europe and the US.
Fluent Portuguese
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Anaplan systems is a plus.
